Thoroughly enjoyed contemporary and brand-new rooms.

This hotel was absolutely brilliant and everything was good. The location was favourable and marvellous and the room was fairly clean. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Poa Place Gardens Amusement Park. Food was FANTASTIC and I have nothing but good memories from this trip.

Great Location and In-Room Amenities

The location here is awesome, right in the heart of Jackson. My room had everything I needed - a safe for my valuables, a TV for entertainment, and even a mini bar fridge! 🌟

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location inside the mall was perfect, with plenty of shopping options and entertainment just a few steps away. The food at the restaurant was delicious and surprisingly affordable. We also enjoyed the 24/7 availability of the restaurant and bar, even during curfew hours. The heated pool on the top floor was a great feature, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

the hotel is located in a mall which gave us access to a variety of activities such as shopping, movies, and kids activities. the food was fantastic and at affordable prices. We also enjoyed the 24/7 restaurant and bar services. Another great aspect was the heated pool which was perfect for relaxation.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, situated in a shopping center with easy access to stores and restaurants. The hotel facilities also impressed us, with a top-floor heated pool and state-of-the-art gym. The cleanliness of the hotel was noticeable, as everything was clean and modern. The staff were cute and friendly, making for a pleasant stay.

The location near a mall and other restaurants was really convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room service was really helpful. It was great that we could request to have our room cleaned at any time of day. , the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

The wifi sometimes went in and out, and the pool was a bit small.

We recently had an amazing family stay in a modern and clean hotel. the location was very convenient as it was close to a mall with a variety of dining options and shops. the staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always available to help with our needs. Our room and bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of Eldoret. we loved the state, of, the, art gym and heated rooftop pool that made our vacation even more memorable.

There were limited vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet.

I was really surprised by the convenience of Eka Hotel's location at Rupal mall. Being able to easily access other restaurants, clothing stores, and a supermarket was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and the room service made my stay even more convenient. I loved the flexibility of being able to request room cleaning at any time. The hotel even were pretty good by giving me a complimentary wine bottle for my birthday. I had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
